Our new home and club call KC9AK is to honor the memory of Silent Key KC9AK-Bart Madison. Bart was one of Dugger's first members when it was first organized in 1994. Through the years Bart continued to be a strong supporter of D.A.R.C. even though his final years were spent in a skilled nursing care unit. With permission from them and the help of club members Bart was set up with a small antenna and radio so he could maintain an active part of D.A.R.C. and the Amateur Radio Community. Sadly Bart became a Silent Key in 2004.
